Indian Maritime University has now officially declared the results for the common entrance test conducted for admission into various postgraduate and undergraduate courses. The Indian Maritime University’s examination was held on June 8 2024 and students who appeared for the test can now check their results through official site at imu.edu.in.
A total of 14,360 candidates have been offered admission into UG programs, according to the IMU CET 2024 results. Another side 409 candidates have been selected for MBA at this University and 46 students has been selected for MTECH programs.

Students can follow these simple procedures to check their results:
- Firstly, visit the official website at imu.edu.in.
- Now, click on the link for “IMU CET 2024 Results.”
- After that enter your registration number and date of birth in the required section.
- Click now on submit button.
- Your IMU CET 2024 Results will be displayed at tour screen.
- Download your result foe future reference.
Counselling and Admission Process
For the counselling and admission process candidates need to register on the institute’s counselling portal. For this students must have IMU CET ranks card. The IMU counselling 2024 schedule & portal will be launched soon, and students to advised to regularly check the official websites for updates.
Admission Procedures
Students who have secured IMU CET ranks, they must approach affiliated or non-affiliated institutes for admissions as per their respective admission mechanism. For those students who wants to admission in Diploma in Natural Science program, these seats are reserved for “sponsored candidates” i.e., candidates sponsored by ship owing or managing companies who qualify in IMU’s CET for UG programs.
Fees and seat allotment
Total fees is 40,000 rupees, in which IMU counselling registration fees is Rs 10,00 and seat acceptance fees is Rs 30,00.
Qualified candidates must complete the registration fees to secure their seats. It is important to note that seat allotment will be done based on the rank, availability of seats, category and candidates preferences.
